When to order so your gifts arrive on time.

If you would like your order to arrive before the 25th December, please check below to find our last order dates as instructed by Royal Mail.
 
There are continued disruptions due to COVID-19 and Brexit, therefore even if you order by the deadline, we still cannot guarantee that it will arrive in time, so try to order as early as possible. We really don’t want you to be disappointed!

UK - 22nd DEC ( Ready to ship items)

US/CANADA - 30TH NOV

AFRICA - 30TH NOV

ASIA/MIDDLE EAST - 1ST DEC

AUSTRALIA/NEW ZEALAND - 30TH NOV

EU/EUROPE - 2ND DEC

These dates are not guaranteed and we highly recommend ordering as soon as possible to avoid disappointment, and if you want tracking info please purchase and pay for the tracking upgrade at the checkout, if you don't your order will not come with tracking info!

SHIPPING 

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 1st class or recorded delivery. We ship internationally from the UK via standard airmail.  All international orders are shopped via a tracking service.

Depending on your location items can sometimes take up to 2-4 to arrive but generally is around 2 weeks.

I aim to ship all orders within 4- 6 business days

 

COVID-19 UPDATE: Due to COVID-19 delivery times are more likely to be affected worldwide. Please take this into consideration before purchasing from Saltwell Design Studio.

Tracking:

Will I Be Able To Track My Order? 

We provide full tracking with each order and it's up to the customer to keep updated with shipment details. You can follow your order via Royal Mail by entering the tracking number sent to your email

Countries facing issues: 

Germany - We've noticed that attempted deliveries are only made once, please ensure you are following your parcel to be kept updated with the expected arrival date. 

USA & Canada - During Winter, parcels may take exceptionally longer to be delivered due to extreme weather conditions, please bare this in mind when placing your order. 

Processing Times:

What Are Your Processing Times?

We process orders within 3 working days however this may differ during busier periods. * The current pandemic means that our current way of processing can take up to 7 days to process your order before it is shipped. 

 

Returns/Refunds Policy:

Do You Offer Refunds?

Due to the nature of our goods we are only able to accept returns & exchanges for items that have arrived damaged. A request for a return must be made within 14 working days of receiving an order or once the first attempt at delivery has been made. Authorised returns must be received within 14 days to remain valid for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, the item{s} must be unused and in its original packaging. Items that do not meet this criteria, the time limit, or are non-returnable, will be declined.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and are advised to return items via a recorded delivery method; lost returns cannot be refunded.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM 

To request a return you must first contact the us before attempting to return an order. Any items returned without contacting the shop first may be exempt from receiving a refund.
